So many good news!

Hey there, there is so much I am going to tell you and I am sooooo excited!

First of all we finally moved to our new “headquarters”.
You can join us in our main pole studio in Treviso (pink logo) here:

We are now closed on summer holidays but we will be back with our free classes 4 – 8 th September.

From September on you can find APD pole dance classes and more also in Istrana (TV) and Venice.

UPA’s Bringing Sexy Back 2015 (front & back) – Aryanna

The sexiest time for pole dancers year has finally come!

It’s Bringing Sexy Back 2015 and I had to take part to it with a couple of videos.

The former is my submission to UPA’s Bringing Sexy Back 2015 video challenge.
World pole sport championship is behind the corner again and there’s no time left for training the sexy side.
So, I chose these videos from a couple of recent Exotic Pole Flow workshops of mine with both a front and a back framing.
I love the “double” side.
Ton of shoe bangs, wavy legs and body rolls.
Enjoy this little contribution!

The latter is more of a sexy practice clips mix; I tried to concentrate on sexy and sensual transitions and on landing and pivoting on my Silver Flamingo by Pleasers.
Spinning pole and a lot of flawless flow here.

My Exotic Pole Flow

Beginner to Intermediate level Exotic pole flow routine I choreographed for this winter tour.

Some of the moves in this exotic pole routine:
wavy legs, step around, pirouettes, hair filcks, pole slide, fireman spin variation, forward dive, sexy up, floor caterpillar, leg circles, showgirl kick and more.

Aryanna 4 Francesco Yates debut single “Call”, Atlantic Records

I finally found some time to dedicate to this pole dance video I have been requested to shoot by 21 Entertainment Group, Canadian music management company promoting Francesco Yates debut single “Call” on Atlantic Records.
Here are some rough clips of upcoming video.
I definitely loved dancing to this song and tried to practice some transitions I am going to teach to my next pole dance workshops.
I can’t wait to dance to “Call” again!

Enjoy this performance in 8 inches black heels and the funny label coming out of my panties.. =)
