Explaining the basix of a high-heel pole dance walk is always a must to me and a challenge to me to girls learning from me. Walking with high heels to feet is not easy, it requires balance, strength and body control and a “bit” of sensuality.
Proper and elegant Walk in high heels around the pole and on the floor is the key to flow, transitions and style.
