Hi everybody, I tried to keep myself away from the web busy with championships training.
Now that everything is over (for the moment!!) here I am back again with this wonderful news: I did it, I am doubles élite champion again!!
Me and Sonia, we qualified for the World Pole Sport Championship 2015 in London scoring 30.35 and ranking 7th in the World Doubles ranking.
So proud!!
See you in Prague next week, where I’ll be in the panel fo judges during the Czech Pole Sport Championship.

Beginner to Intermediate level Exotic pole flow routine I choreographed for this winter tour.
Some of the moves in this exotic pole routine:
wavy legs, step around, pirouettes, hair filcks, pole slide, fireman spin variation, forward dive, sexy up, floor caterpillar, leg circles, showgirl kick and more.

I finally found some time to dedicate to this pole dance video I have been requested to shoot by 21 Entertainment Group, Canadian music management company promoting Francesco Yates debut single “Call” on Atlantic Records.

I definitely loved dancing to this song and tried to practice some transitions I am going to teach to my next pole dance workshops.
I can’t wait to dance to “Call” again!

This is Team Sexy European bootyshake style with a bit of pole. Yea!
This year on Bringing Sexy Back Week occasion I really had no time at all. So I put on my leggings and 8″ heels and my fav music.
I let go to the chill out flow for some floorwork (leg circles and shoebang mainly) and simple transitions on a static pole.
I know light is really bad and also camera point of view but… this is it.
