International and national pole sport championships are over now and it’s time for me to go back to sexy pole.
Enjoy this stripper style pole dance floorwork to Sure Thing by Miguel.
Some of the moves in this video: forward dive, sexy up, forearm slide, pole shoulder V stand, wavy legs, legs circles, showgirl kick, crouch spin up, pole side splits and more.

This is My freebird dance to enter Alethea Austin’s 2nd Sexy Flexy contest @ The Chrome Bar.
Alethea has listed her choice of songs she used to dance when she got pole addicted.
Among the list I chose REV 22:20 by Puscifer. I picked this up because I find it a mix of sensual and rocking tones. I like that rhythm and that flow and I wanted to dance at it.
