Aryanna for UPA’s Bringing Sexy Back Week 2014 – For a Lifetime

This year on Bringing Sexy Back Week occasion I really had no time at all. So I put on my leggings and 8″ heels and my fav music.
I let go to the chill out flow for some floorwork (leg circles and shoebang mainly) and simple transitions on a static pole.

I know light is really bad and also camera point of view but… this is it.
Enjoy!!

Aryanna 2014 Workshops tour dates

I have been asked to tour around to teach my signature’s pole dance workshops in many Italian studios but requests are being made more and more from all over the world too.

Like the past 2 years I am really very pleased to teach you and your students her original dancing style.
I have been trained internationally and, no matter the country, I can teach the whole lesson in fluent English.

Advanced pole dance combo

I gave up on this long advanced combo when I first started training for 2013 competitions.
Never went back to try it.
Some days ago, I wasn’t even thinking of doing it, it must have been hidden in some corner of my mind.
I was training with my girlz freestyling.
I climbed x 2 and.. Amazing. I nailed it!
Fucking combo, you’re mine!
F – I – N – A – L – L – Y ! ! !

In that combo:
Pas de bourrè (around)
Prep. spin
Climb x 2
Scissor inverted V
Gemini
Gemini crossed leg
Meat hook variation
Hip dip

International and national pole sport championships are over now and it’s time for me to go back to sexy pole.

Aryanna 4 Alethea Austin’s #2 Sexy Flexy camp contest

This is My freebird dance to enter Alethea Austin’s 2nd Sexy Flexy contest @ The Chrome Bar.

Alethea has listed her choice of songs she used to dance when she got pole addicted.

Among the list I chose REV 22:20 by Puscifer. I picked this up because I find it a mix of sensual and rocking tones. I like that rhythm and that flow and I wanted to dance at it.

WPSC 2013 gone: back to sexy basix

Aryanna, doubles category @ WPSC 2013

World Pole Sport Championship is gone and it was a great experience: so many artist and athletes and friends and so many bruises and laughing on and off stage.
Me and Sonia we are now involved in the training for the Euroepan Pole Sport Championships in Prague in September but pleaseeee… let me TAKE A BREAK.

Let me go back to my original style, I miss it.. I need it.

Let me go back to my sexy basix.
